WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
We carefully inspect each item before shipping it to you and we use secure packaging to ensure safety during transportation. We do not offer refunds. If however, the item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving the piece explaining the reasons for your return and a photograph of the damaged piece and we will respond to you within 48 hours.
With time, it is normal for a piece to show signs of wear and tear. If the item is damaged due to improper care, we will then offer a repair of the piece at cost, once we discuss this with you. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you are otherwise unsatisfied with your item, please contact us. Please do not send jewellery items back prior to our approval.
We understand that your Being & Bos purchase may not be suitable due to size and/or fit and you may need to return your order to us. Depending on availability, we will provide an exchange of items. All exchange deliveries will be charged at your own expense.
Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:
- The item/s are in their original conditions and are unworn and unwashed
- All tags are still attached to each item
- Your Australian order will be returned to us within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date. Your International order will be returned to us within twenty one (21) days from your delivery date.
Any items that do not meet this criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to us without approval will be returned at the customers expense.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before they are dispatched, to ensure the items are in perfect condition upon arrival. Shipping Australia wide will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $10 per order for standard delivery of 2-5 working days and free delivery on orders placed over $300. Express shipping will incur higher fees.
Please note that each piece is hand crafted locally here in Sydney and some of them will need to be made-to-order. This can take up to 2 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece.
When your product is dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
Bei & Bos will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address.
We are currently working on our international shipping arrangements. Please contact us for any enquiries.
Australian customers please note that all our items are subject to 10% GST which is not included in the shown price. For all international orders, we will not charge GST. However, the items may be subject to taxes and custom duties in your country which we are not liable for.
Payments can be made via our secure payment gateway. You can also use PayPal if preferred. Should you wish to make a direct bank deposit, please contact us for details.
We use non-personally identifiable information, such as your IP address and the pages that you visit on our site to help diagnose problems with our site and servers, to administer our site, and to improve site-related services and features. Your IP address and other non-personally identifiable information may also be used to gather broad demographic information and to recognise customer traffic patterns and site usage trends. This information aids us in improving the site navigation, design and features.

Therefore, none of our designs whether partial or entirely can be reproduced by any other party except Bei & Bos.
